AFTER HOURS TRIAGE IS PROVIDED TO OUR PATIENTS WITH HELLO PEDIATRICS, THIS IS ONLY FOR CLINICAL QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS, THIS IS NOT FOR REQUESTING OR CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS OR MEDICINE REFILLS THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM TO 4PM.

after-hours telehealth services.
When you reach out to us outside of regular office hours, you’ll be seamlessly connected to Hello Pediatrics’ nurse triage line.
Their experienced team of board-certified clinicians will assess your child’s condition and guide you through the necessary steps for their
care.
If a telemedicine appointment with one of their board-certified pediatricians is recommended, a detailed medical report will be forwarded to Wards Corner Pediatrics,
afterward,ensuring a continuum of care. In addition, Hello Pediatrics will bill your insurance.
